Enhanced Titanium Implant Screws
Premium Titanium Implant Screws
Dr. Moguel offers his own brand of premium-grade titanium implant screws which integrate with your jawbone with 200% more effectively than most implant screws being offered elsewhere. That is why we offer a lifetime warranty!
Improved Bone to Implant Integration
Our titanium screws have taken bone integration to new improved levels giving Nobel and Straumann a run for their money, at a third of the cost.
With a documented failure rate of less than 1%, our titanium implant screws provided an unmatched lifetime warranty.
Enhanced Length and Width
We are the only dental implants provide that incorporates proper sized dental implant posts for each section of your jawbone. Standard sized dental implants are placed on the front section of your jawbone, and longer and thicker implant posts on the rear where the shewing takes place.
Enhanced Zirconia Material
Our new and improved zirconia material allows for the proper integration of titanium screws with the ideal torque sequence that provides added strength to achieve maximum stability and support.
The enhanced design of our titanium abutments and our precision sized titanium screws, allows for an increased implant-to-abutment-to-bridge connection not previously possible using conventional zirconia material.
Proper Bone Reinforcement & Integration
Our innovative 3-on-8® dental treatment restores your jawbone with platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin. We extract plasma from your own blood and combine it with bone graft created from grinding your own teeth into small particles.
The healing of hard and soft tissues is carried out by various intra- and extra-cellular events that are mediated by protein signals. Platelets are involved in the process of wound healing by blood clot formation and release of growth factors that promote and maintain the healing of wounds.
They release a variety of growth factors on activation which have an opposite effect on tissue repair. Platelets are collected from blood and are concentrated in small volume of plasma known as platelet-rich plasma (PRP)
By using your own plasma and bone graft from your own teeth, the titanium implant screw bone integration is now increased tenfold.
What is PRP
Plasma is the liquid portion of whole blood. It is composed largely of water and proteins, and it provides a medium for red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets to circulate through the body. Platelets, also called thrombocytes, are blood cells that cause blood clots, as well as other necessary growth and healing functions.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is produced from a person’s own blood. It is a concentration of one type of blood cell (platelets), which is critical for blood clotting. This concentration is injected to an injured or diseased part of a person’s body to accelerate the healing of damaged tendons, ligaments, muscles, bones and joints.
Intravenous & Holistic Ozone
Periodontal Disease – gum disease is the most prevalent health problem worldwide, caused by the proliferation of harmful bacteria residing inside dental plaque and tartar. Dr. Moguel will use ozone in gas to neutralize the harmful bacteria that cause gum disease.
Supports Gum Health And Healing
Ozone has been used very successfully to aid as an inflammatory, promote healing, and help with sensitivity issues. In this procedure, 3 ozonated water is flushed below the gum line, and/or ozone gas is infiltrated into the gum tissue and supporting tissue to restore health to the mouth.
3 Stronger Bridges Per Arch
With the combination of proper sized implant posts per bridge for all 3 bridges you get stronger resistance to cracking. Dr Moguel incorporates bigger implants on the rear bridges, and standard sized implants on the front bridges.
Superior Bridge Connection
The design of our own titanium screws allows for a precise and fully flexible connection between the zirconia implant post cylinders, and the implant screws.
As a part of the dental implant post technique to achieve superior bone integration, bridge connection, and stability, Dr Moguel utilizes various sizes of implant posts depending on the area of your jawbone.
100x More Support
We’ve achieved higher support and bridge stability by combining our implant screw technology with our own brand of zirconia material, which provides up to 25 different translucency options.
Thin to NoGumline
Gain a Cosmetic Advantage
Our patented zirconia bridges can be designed and screwed in with little to gum line if the anatomy of your bone allows it. We also further enhance your jawbone to compensate for bone loss in order to achieve the best cosmetic design.
Jawbone to Gumline Metrics
The less amount of bone you have lost, the thinner the bridge gum line will be, the more bone loss you have experienced, the thicker the bridge gum line. Little to no gum line bridges demand proper bone structure.
One Dental Treatment To Rule Them All

There is a risk that 3 on 8 dental implants can fail. This happens in about 1 percent of patients. It occurs when the implants do not fuse with the bone, primarily due to patients not waiting the required healing time, poor hygiene, or drinking alcohol. Most of the time, this can be resolved with a new implant.
Reducing this risk is hard to do since the dentist, and researchers don’t always know why one implant fails, and others do not. However, if the patient follows all care instructions before and after the dental implant procedure, it’s less likely to occur. This means maintaining good oral hygiene, eating soft foods, and avoiding smoking.
The Risk of Infection
Any type of surgery carries a risk of infection. Good dentists do everything necessary to minimize this risk. However, infections do occur for various reasons. One of the most common results is the existence of peri-implantitis, a type of infection.
Knowing the signs, like the following, is a good way to get the help you need:
- The dental implants are loose or wobbly
- Bad breath
- A bad taste in the mouth
- Gums that are puffy, red, and inflamed around the dental implants
- Pus exists in the gums
- Excessive bleeding while brushing
